Jeph Mtshali Incorporated is an emerging black commercial law firm which strives to provide professional services to their clients in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
Apart from a wide range of services it provides in commercial law the firm has found a niche in conveyancing and property law, the area in which it excels.
Our Story
The driving force behind Jeph Mtshali Inc. is its founder, Jephrey Mfuniseni Mtshali, who possesses an in depth knowledge of the public service having held various senior management and leadership positions before deciding to follow his dreams and establish his law firm. Jeph’s vast experience as an administrator is no doubt a value-add to our clients.
Jeph cut his teeth in education and went on to have a five year stint in the secretariat and administrative wing of a Provincial Legislature. He later joined the public service and spent a considerable number of years focusing on Corporate Governance where he left off occupying the position of Chief Director. After obtaining an STD (DET) and FDE (UP), Jeph moved on to acquire an LLB, Post Grad Dip in Public Admin, Adv Univ Dip in Public Admin (UKZN) and an MPA (SU). He completed his articles of clerkship at a Durban-based law firm. Jeph is an admitted attorney, conveyancer and notary public of the High Court of SA. He is supported by a team of competent and experienced paralegals.
